Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8–10 years of progressive software development experience, with 3–5 years in a management role.
• Experience managing distributed/remote engineering teams.
• Strong technical expertise in Java, Python, .NET, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and build cohesive teams.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Passion for building high-performance software teams.
