The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Simulation to support our MQ-25 located in Hazelwood, Missouri. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization.
Serve as the software architect for the MQ-25 Test Training Rehearsal Unit (TTRU) software to meet current USN contract requirements. Provide oversight and serve as subject matter expertise to software engineers across the MQ-25, T-7A, and T-45 vehicle simulation portfolios. Possess a business acumen for technical communication with our Navy customer, while driving new business opportunities for the MQ-25 TTRU Platform.
Serve as the technical leadership across MQ-25, T-7A, and T-45 to institute common software practices, usage of common software tools including Boeing Software Factory (BSF), alignment to future FABRIC roadmaps, and implementation of software product line methodologies where applicable. Possess a deep understanding of modelling and simulation with respect to Air Vehicle Simulation along with a proven track record of applying software best practices and enterprise standards across multiple software projects/products.
Note: This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Summary pay range for Senior Level: $161,500 - $218,500
