About the Role

This role involves performing complex research, design, and software development within a specific functional area or product line. Responsibilities include contributing to project plans, schedules, and methodologies, designing software across multiple systems, mentoring junior team members, and translating user/customer requests into solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Producing high-quality, testable source code
2. Maintaining source code according to defined processes
3. Problem solving and diagnostics
4. Resolving technical support tickets
5. Conducting peer testing
6. Conducting peer code reviews
7. Contributing to coding standards
8. Participating in functional/technical design sessions

Requirements

1. 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
2. BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
3. Proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, Angular 2+, JavaScript (jQuery), TypeScript
4. Experience with RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API
5. Knowledge of Distributed Version Control (Git)
6. Strong understanding of multiple data storage systems
7. Expertise in development languages including C#, Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL
8. Knowledge of test-driven development
