About The Role

This role involves complex research, design, and software development within a specific software area or product line. It includes contributing to project plans, schedules, and methodologies for cross-functional software products. Responsibilities include software design across multiple systems, mentoring junior team members, and translating user or customer requests into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Producing high-quality, testable source code
2. Maintaining source code according to defined processes
3. Problem solving and diagnostics
4. Resolving technical support tickets
5. Conducting peer testing and source code reviews
6. Contributing to coding standards
7. Participating in functional and technical design sessions

Requirements

1. 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
2. BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
3. Proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, Angular2+, JavaScript (jQuery), TypeScript
4. Experience with RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API
5. Knowledge of Distributed Version Control (Git)
6. Strong understanding of multiple data storage systems
7. Expertise in languages such as C#, Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL
8. Familiarity with test-driven development
