About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities include researching, designing, and developing software within a specific area or product line, contributing to project plans and methodologies, performing software design, mentoring junior team members, and liaising with users to translate their needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with technical teams to finalize requirements.
2. Write and review specifications for complex system components.
3. Complete bug fixes.
4. Work with developers to understand requirements and translate them into designs.
5. Implement development processes and conduct code reviews.
6. Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall) and collaborate with stakeholders.
7. Resolve technical issues.
8. Mentor entry-level engineers and share development best practices.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
3. Experience with Agile, Waterfall methodologies.
4. Skills in data manipulation and optimization.
5. Knowledge of data modeling principles.
6. Familiarity with data storage systems.
7. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX, .Net.
8. Strong problem-solving skills.
9. Knowledge of test-driven development and industry best practices.
