About the Role

This position is performed by an experienced professional and will undertake difficult research, design, and software development assignments within a software functional area or product line. It provides direct input to project plans, schedules, and methodology in the development of cross-functional software products under the guidance of more senior members of the squad.

This position performs software design - typically across multiple components; develops the skills of mentoring more junior members of the team, and works with others to talk to users/customers and translates their requests into solutions.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience including senior and executive management.
