This role is ideal for a developer with strong back-end development experience in either.NET or Java, who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle.

As part of our technology team, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise software solutions while ensuring adherence to development standards, quality practices, and best-in-class engineering principles.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications and services.
• Build scalable back-end solutions using either .NET or Java technologies.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads, Architects, QA Engineers, and fellow Developers to deliver quality solutions.
• Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, estimation, and sprint planning activities.
• Develop software according to team standards, coding best practices, and agreed specifications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for software solutions.
• Conduct unit testing and support quality assurance initiatives to ensure software reliability.
• Review, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and production issues.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing applications and services.
• Monitor and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, development standards, and engineering practices.
• Collaborate with dependent teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
• Share knowledge, mentor junior developers, and contribute to team growth.
• Take ownership of software quality, performance, and maintainability.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of software development experience in enterprise environments.
• Relevant Degree, Diploma, or Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong back-end development experience using either .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) or Java (Spring Boot, Java EE, Spring Framework).
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and methodologies.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Exposure to RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern application architectures.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
