As a senior team member, you will analyze skin types, recommend personalized routines, train junior staff, and ensure engaging in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Skincare Specialist, Esthetician, or Beauty Advisor in a retail or salon environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in skincare techniques and client consultation.
• Excellent knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, skin physiology, and common dermatological concerns.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills for sales tracking and inventory management.
• A passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Relevant certifications in esthetics or skincare are highly desirable.
• Reside within or be willing to relocate to the Midrand, Gauteng, ZA area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin analysis consultations for clients, identifying individual needs and recommending personalized skincare routines and treatments.
• Educate clients on product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage to achieve optimal results.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through expert product recommendations and exceptional customer service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and fostering brand advocacy.
• Manage inventory of skincare products, ensuring stock levels are maintained and products are presented attractively.
• Stay updated on new product launches, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Assist in training junior staff members on product knowledge and consultation techniques.
• Ensure a pristine and inviting retail environment, adhering to all company merchandising standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally and efficiently.
