Senior Site Agent / Site Manager

One of our reputable and well-respected clients needs a Senior Site Agent / Site Manager to assist in the management and coordination of a high-value project from conception to completion in KwaZulu Natal.

The ideal candidate will report to the CEO or Contracts Director. He / she must be able to provide their expertise regarding project costing in accordance with company procedures, as well as ensure that good corporate governance is practiced.

The Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 – 10 Years Relevant Experience.
• People Management and Leadership experience will count in your favour.
• Construction Management and Contractual Experience (JBCC, NEC, FIDIC) is advantageous.
• Technical knowledge regarding concrete structures, concrete techniques, wet and finishing trades, etc. is an asset.
