Job description

Key Responsibilities

• To solve breakdowns and resolve production disturbances effectively and as quickly as possible.
• Provide continuous technical support to optimize machine performance during production in a shift system.
• Conduct maintenance and inspections.
• Submit proposals or make modifications.
• Give instructions to operators to resolve technical issues.
• Adjust diagrams.
• Manage and update technical documentation.
• Supervise technical standards and guidelines.
• Perform breakdown analysis and develop countermeasures and improvements.

Authorizations

• In conformity with the initialing authority.
• Request store issues.
• Release installations.
• Issue working instructions.
• Order software adjustments for breakdowns and incorporate these in the version management system.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities in control engineering, measuring and control, electrical, and other mechanical/technical activities according to applicable standards, regulations, and instructions.
• Ensure optimal cooperation within the Maintenance department and with production departments.
• Initiate actions for improvement and transfer knowledge to production departments.
• Optimize maintenance activities.
• Coach operators.
• Ensure all work is executed based on priorities.
• Organize third-party services to assist in maintenance when necessary.
• Develop professional technical knowledge within Production, particularly among Operators.
