• Lead comprehensive hazard identification and risk assessment programs
• Ensure full compliance with OHS Act and NEMA environmental regulations
• Manage environmental impact through innovative waste management practices
• Oversee safety across machinery, plant layout, and specialized operations
• Maintain SHE Document Control systems and safety registers
• Conduct employee, visitor, and contractor safety inductions
• Lead accident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate fire drills and emergency preparedness programs
• Manage PPE distribution, tracking, and specialized requirements
• Oversee equipment inspections and LMI testing compliance
