Job summary

ATS Client in South Africa's public sector invites a seasoned SharePoint Developer to join a dynamic ICT team. You will install, configure, and maintain SharePoint environments (Online and Server) and collaborate to integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise systems.

The role requires hands-on governance, security, automation with Power Automate, Nintex, and scripting with PowerShell, plus documented governance and end-user training.

Qualifications

• A related IT diploma or equivalent qualification.
• SharePoint certifications (≤5 years old).
• 5 years' experience with SharePoint directly.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and IAM protocols.
• Maintain documentation for configurations and workflows.
• Assist with ICT risk assessments and DRP testing.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain SharePoint environments (Online and/or Server).
• Manage site collections, sub sites, document libraries, lists, and metadata structures.
• Develop and deploy custom solutions using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and PowerShell.
• Collaborate with ICT teams to integrate SharePoint with enterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, IMIS, Sage).
• Provide technical support and training to end-users; maintain governance docs.
• Lead or contribute to SharePoint-related projects, including intranet development and process automation.
• Monitor performance, conduct audits, and ensure platform security.
