Job summary

Sabenza IT & Recruitment seeks a Senior SharePoint Developer to turn Microsoft 365 into a trusted enterprise platform. You will design, build, and own SharePoint Online solutions that automate processes, manage documents, and support governance in a complex environment.

You’ll work across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and SPFx to deliver scalable collaboration, workflow automation, and secure integrations while mentoring junior teammates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in SharePoint development and administration.
• Proven delivery of enterprise-scale collaboration and workflow solutions.
• Experience with ERP/HR integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Build custom apps, forms, and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll design, build, and own enterprise-grade SharePoint Online solutions that automate processes, manage documents properly, and make life easier for the business. You’ll work across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and SPFx to deliver scalable collaboration, workflow automation, and document management solutions in a complex operational environment. What you need

• Strong hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SPFx, Power Platform, PowerShell, and Azure
• Proven delivery of enterprise-scale collaboration and workflow solutions
• Experience integrating SharePoint with ERP, HR, or other business‑critical systems
• Solid understanding of Microsoft security, governance, and compliance
• Experience with ShareGate

Nice to have

• Experience in mining, heavy industry, manufacturing, or large corporate environments
• Exposure to digital transformation and process automation
• Relevant Microsoft certifications
