Job summary

Italtile's Shared Services Accountant will oversee accounting, reporting and financial administration for the Italtile Shared Services Division, supporting multiple departments and the Group Finance team.

This role handles month-end, reconciliations, intercompany charges, fixed assets, tax, and audit support across the group, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery. Based in Randburg, weekends possible, SAP experience essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• 3 to 5 years' accounting experience.
• Experience in a multi-entity environment advantageous.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Process and clear banking GL transactions on SAP.
• Load local and foreign payments on SAP and allocate to accounts.
• Perform supplier reconciliations on BEST and SAP.
• Complete month-end close and prepare reporting packs.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation.
• Prepare monthly tax reconciliations and intercompany charges.
• Support audits, budgeting, and group-wide financial queries.
• Process intercompany charges and cost allocations.
