Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it's a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.Your day at NTT DATAThe Senior Services Architect is an advanced subject matter expert and a pre-sales persona working with clients and sales / delivery teams in a value co-creation process resulting in the design of Technical Services, Support Services & Managed Services solutions across multiple technology domains.This role is responsible for developing competitive, innovative, secure, multi-year, viable Managed Services solutions and associated costing inputs to commercial models.The Senior Services Architect applies both solution design and sales skills to engage and help close opportunities with decision-makers.This role offers the opportunity to design solutions with some of the most innovative global organizations, technologies, accelerating digital transformation business objectives and outcomes.In some cases, the Senior Services Architect will remain engaged during and after the implementation of services designed and may participate in renewals.What You'll Be DoingKey Responsibilities : Guide a virtual team of domain experts to orchestrate the development of secure, multi-year services solutions.Design complex managed service solutions to meet client requirements by integrating technology and service design across multiple domains.Collaborate across teams in designing Technical Services, Support Services & Managed Services offerings.Test and validate new design features and delivery models or recommend improvements to existing service offers.Ensure supportability of service design deliverables by interfacing with multiple teams and partners.Obtain sign-off from technical, service, and costing stakeholders for validation processes.Lead the service design of solutions that are commercially competitive and mitigate risk.Map client requirements against proposed service elements and architectures, leading end-to-end solution development (Cloud Services, Technology Architectures, SIAM, SLA, ITSM).

Develop and execute consulting approaches resulting in consolidated requirements, scope, transition documents, and costing based on client needs.Support sales teams in presenting architecture solutions emphasizing cost savings and growth opportunities.Share client outcomes and market insights to evolve strategies and develop innovative solutions.Provide coaching, mentoring, and act as an advisor in service design situations.Assist sales in commercial model discussions with clients.Identify all service costs and populate cost models for full visibility over contract delivery.Secure stakeholder sign-offs on solution designs for commercial purposes.Manage vendor relationships and coordinate transitions to service delivery teams for smooth onboarding.Knowledge and Attributes : Deep knowledge of Managed Services delivery models, including cloud and distributed models.Experience working with costing models alongside sales and finance teams.Proficiency in Application and Cloud / Infrastructure Managed Services.Strong communication skills to articulate solution value to stakeholders.Ability to facilitate requirements workshops and present solutions convincingly.Ability to work collaboratively within a team, especially in a matrixed organization.Knowledge of emerging technology trends such as DevSecOps, Cloud Native Applications, Microsoft platforms, Open Source, Azure, AWS, GCP, Data Analytics, Containers, RPA, IoT, and Automation.Analytical skills to analyze data inputs effectively.Passion for industry trends and continuous learning.Academic Qualifications and Certifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or related fields.Certifications in ITIL, Service Management, Automation, AI, Analytics preferred.Scaled Agile or similar certifications desirable.Additional certifications like AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals are a plus.Required Experience : Proven track record in designing managed services solutions for large enterprises.Experience in structuring multi-year profitable contracts.Expertise in solution planning and deal shaping with compelling value propositions.Experience working in global delivery environments across industries.Workplace type : Hybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30+ billion global leader in business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global .
