Position Summary & Key Responsibilities
  • Join a high-performing ICT team providing expert-level support and service desk operations. You’ll play a key role in resolving technical issues, supporting users, and maintaining service excellence using modern tools and methodologies.
  • Provide advanced support in ICT Service Desk operations
  • Resolve technical issues using remote desktop tools
  • Utilize IT service management software to track and manage incidents
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
What you need
  • Bachelor’s degree / National Diploma in ICT or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an ICT Service Desk environment
  • A+ Certification
  • ITIL Foundation Certification (advantageous)
  • Experience with remote desktop tools and ITSM software
