Job Title: Senior Service Advisor (Centurion)

Description
- Manage and control all workshop administration, including on-sites.
- Manage debtor queries and cash accounts.
- Manage and control WIP on a daily basis.
- Manage and control training and travel.
- Manage and control campaigns.
- Monitor and report on hours sold, hours worked, efficiency, and productivity levels.
- Ensure that the correct procedures are followed, such as warranty claims, R&M claims, SCP, 5S.
- Handle all CXI queries and ensure a high CXI score is maintained.
- Responsible for ensuring data integrity.
- Ensure that job cards are accurately costed and invoiced promptly.
- Perform weekly documented job card quality checks.
- Responsible for follow-up and control of sublet invoices.
- Keep accurate records of all warranty and R&M rejections and follow-up until finalized.
- Compile WIP and hours sold figures daily.
- Distinguish between warrantable and non-warrantable labor lines.
- Assist Service Advisors and Costing Clerks as required.
- Perform any additional tasks as required by management.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Grade 12 Matric Certificate; technical qualification highly advantageous.
Skills
- Computer literacy, knowledge of SAP (ESA).
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain good customer relations.
- Good communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a results-driven approach.
- Proactive and highly motivated to achieve set objectives.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a workshop in a similar role.
