Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching and sourcing qualified decision makers and booking meetings with potential clients.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to maintain pipeline, test messaging and hit volume targets while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
