Job description

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing offshore team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, developing new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team by building a strong pipeline of prospects. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients through online tools, social media, and outbound prospecting

Initiate contact with leads via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn

Qualify leads and set appointments or demos for the sales team

Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaign initiatives

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach and lead generation

Qualifications:

At least 1–2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or a similar sales role (offshore/remote experience preferred)

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Strong research and organizational skills

Comfortable using tools such as CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn, and Google Workspace

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with international clients, especially US-based companies

Familiarity with outbound sales and B2B sales processes
