Job summary

The ideal candidate has deep Scrum knowledge, strong facilitation skills, and at least 5 years of experience with JIRA and Confluence, supporting teams across diverse industries. You will shield teams from blockers, coach the squad, and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to maximize value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Scrum/Agile environments.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills; conflict resolution.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software development and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as servant leader and Agile coach for a high-performing, self-organizing team.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and foster a culture of delivery, quality, and ownership.
• Partner with Project and Programme Managers to align team efforts with broader delivery goals.
• Shield the team from distractions and scope creep, ensuring focus and flow.
• Identify and remove impediments, escalating when necessary to maintain momentum.
• Support the Product Owner in prioritization and backlog refinement.
