Job description

This role demands strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement and ensure the successful delivery of the company's strategic projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a proven track record of leading Scrum teams to deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related field is required.
  2. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required.
  3. Advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or PMI-ACP is an advantage.

Experience

  1. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  2. Proven experience in leading Scrum teams, preferably in insurance or finance related fields.

  1. Facilitation and Coaching
    Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  5. Agile Practices and Processes
    Ensure adherence to Agile practices and principles.
    Customize Agile processes to fit the team's needs.
    Maintain and improve Agile tools and artifacts.
