Job Title : Business Developer (Pretoria & Midrand)

Remuneration : Negotiable with Commission

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for Midrand and Pretoria to join the team of a leading staffing provider. The Business Developer will meet clients face-to-face, solve problems, and grow business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Meet with prospective and existing clients in the Midrand / Pretoria area
2. Make sales calls and set up face-to-face appointments
3. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and prospects
4. Identify new business opportunities and close deals
5. Present services professionally and confidently
6. Problem-solve and find tailored solutions for client needs

Requirements :

1. Sales or client-facing experience (previous B2B experience is a plus)
2. Knowledge of human resources, staffing, and industrial relations beneficial
3. Knowledge of South African law, specifically contract, commercial, and labour law
4. Valid driver's license & own transport
5. Professional, presentable, and client-focused

Salary : Market Related (plus commission)
