Job summary

A talent management company is seeking a seasoned SAP SD professional for a contract role based in Johannesburg or Durban. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, including expertise in SAP S/4Hana and SAP SD. Responsibilities include facilitating EDI implementations and providing pricing solution configurations. Opportunity for moderate travel locally and occasionally internationally.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years working experience in SAP SD.
• Proven functional consulting experience with SAP implementation projects.
• SA ID is a must.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating implementation and support of pricing and EDI.
• Providing pricing solution configurations including discounts and surcharges.
• Setting up EDI/IDoc between S4 and third-party systems for sales orders.

Job description

We are on the lookout for a seasoned SAP SD professional for exciting contract opportunities we have available.

You will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
• Certification in SAP S/4Hana
• Certification in SAP SD and modules
• At least 5 years working experience in SAP SD
• End to end S/4 HANA Implementation for SAP SD.
• Proven functional consulting experience with SAP implementation projects
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of end to end business process of record to report
• Technology consulting expertise, and ability to drive workshops and training sessions.
• SA ID is a must

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating the implementation and support of pricing and electronic data interchange (EDI)
• Providing pricing solution configurations, Including Base price, Discount and surcharges
• Writing functional specifications for pricing routine
• Setting up EDI/ IDoc between S4 to Third party system for sales order/Deliveries/Invoice.

• Location: Johannesburg or Durban
• Duration: 6 months (initial)
• Travel: Moderately (locally) and Occasionally (internationally)
