Job summary

Vector Logistics in Midrand is seeking a Business Analyst to identify, design, and specify IT solutions for HR processes, including SAP HCM and HR systems. You will coordinate monthly maintenance, analyse business needs, and guide technical teams to implement sustainable HR solutions.

Responsibilities include system integration, reporting with Power BI/BI tools, and ensuring compliance with policies. A strong BA background in SAP ECC 6 with HCM and related HR platforms is required.

Qualifications

• 3 year Bachelor Degree or 4 year Diploma in Information Technology.
• More than 4 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role within the information technology environment (SAP ECC 6 with HCM, Microsoft 365 and web-based applications).
• Demonstrated success in team leading and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify, design and specify application solutions that meet business requirements and achieve business benefits.
• Coordinate the monthly system maintenance life cycle from ticket intake to implementation and testing.
• Lead the team in prioritising action items with business owners and users.
• Review and analyse technical specification documents prior to sign-off and handover to developers.
• Provide ongoing advice and support on best practices for HR systems and applications.
