Sabenza IT & Recruitment in Pretoria, South Africa is seeking an SAP Authorization Consultant (Expert) to design, secure, and govern enterprise SAP landscapes. This role goes beyond basic user administration and requires ownership of complex security challenges across multiple modules and environments.

You will lead security workstreams, craft scalable role concepts, and mentor junior consultants, working across major projects with a global IT team.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of SAP Authorizations experience in complex SAP landscapes.
• Expert knowledge of SAP Security and Authorizations across ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong experience securing multiple SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD).
• Expert knowledge of SAP Fiori Security, Launchpad, Spaces & Pages, Catalogs, Business Roles and related authorization concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own complex security challenges and lead security workstreams across projects.
• Design scalable role concepts and governance for SAP landscapes.
• Mentor junior SAP Security consultants and collaborate with auditors and stakeholders.
