Job summary

Blue Pearl PTY in Johannesburg, South Africa is seeking an SAP Asset Management Consultant to manage the full lifecycle of physical assets using SAP EAM solutions, including PM and Asset Manager.

You will configure SAP EAM modules, maintain asset master data, plan maintenance tasks, and collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and finance to meet business needs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• SAP certification in Plant Maintenance or Asset Management desirable.
• Experience with SAP PM/Asset Manager required.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Intelligent Asset Management is expected.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP EAM modules, especially PM.
• Manage asset master data with accurate classifications.
• Plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and finance.
• Analyze asset performance and generate SAP-based reports.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and provide end-user training.
• Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA and Intelligent Asset Management.
