Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Conduct code reviews, unit tests, and support QA testing cycles.
- Assist with Salesforce implementations, integrations, and data migrations.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Document technical processes and system architecture where required.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II certification is a plus).
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and REST APIs.
- Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Dell Boomi) is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and governor limits.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum frameworks.
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
- Experience working with AppExchange products and third-party applications.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset or Copado.
- Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus.
