Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Conduct code reviews, unit tests, and support QA testing cycles.
• Assist with Salesforce implementations, integrations, and data migrations.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently.
• Document technical processes and system architecture where required.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II certification is a plus).
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and REST APIs.
• Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Dell Boomi) is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and governor limits.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum frameworks.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
• Experience working with AppExchange products and third-party applications.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset or Copado.
• Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus.
