Role Description

The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing business requirements, administering Salesforce.com, and developing business processes. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, creating detailed functional specifications, configuring Salesforce solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimise and customise the Salesforce.com platform.
