Senior Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve set sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders within the coffee industry.
• Conduct market research to understand local coffee trends and consumer preferences.
• Provide insights on product positioning and customer feedback to enhance our product offerings.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to increase brand visibility.
• Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to promote our coffee products through various channels.

Key Qualifications:

• Mature and professional demeanour with a strong ability to work independently.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of the coffee industry and the local coffee scene in Cape Town.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
• Self-motivated with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• A technical understanding of coffee equipment would be preferable.
