Partner with the best

You will be responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives.

1. Develops vision on an important market on the level of a product line with a long-term perspective.
2. Leads business development planning processes for this market.
3. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools.
2. Leading commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, ITO lead for business reviews.
3. Cleaning and maintaining data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.).
4. Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
5. Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
6. Handling important business unit clients.
7. Coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance, etc.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
2. Minimum of 20 years of experience in Sales, Operations, and Managerial roles.
3. Experience in Subsurface Reservoir Consulting is required.
4. Experience in the Banking & Finance industry is desired.
5. Demonstrate the ability to manage and execute multiple customer projects to successful completion.
6. Display good knowledge of Oil and Gas markets and products.
7. Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
8. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
9. Have great leadership and interpersonal skills.
