Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, sourcing qualified decision makers, and booking meetings with potential clients.

You will use tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo to execute thoughtful outreach, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and collaborate with Account Executives to turn interest into qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
