Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are eager to open doors and drive pipeline. In this role you will own the top of the funnel by researching target accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking qualified meetings with potential clients using LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach.

• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

About The Role

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.
