Sales and Business Development
  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the agricultural sector.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  3. Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients.
  4. Manage sales leads obtained from campaigns.
Client Relationship Management
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agribusinesses, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  2. Manage the business CRM System.
Market Analysis and Strategy
  1. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
  2. Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to ensure offerings meet market demands.
Reporting and Documentation
  1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
  2. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts for management.
Managerial Tasks

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, sales, marketing, or a related field.

  4. Must be able to commute to Stellenbosch daily.
