Job Description
  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Ensure timely data entry in our Customer Relationship Management system
  • Build and nurture customer relationships & collaborate with regional teams
  • Create value-added logistics solutions, including network diagrams and cost-benefit analyses
  • Support the onboarding of new accounts
  • Assist with accounts receivable collections
  • Manage credit setup processes for new customers
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
  • Engage in local trade group activities as directed by the District Sales Manager
  • Make 50 sales calls per month or as directed by DSM
  • Conduct joint calls as required
  • Meet individual sales targets
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support company objectives
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Extensive knowledge of the trade market
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
