We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with a strong SaaS or product sales background and a passion for the healthcare industry to join our growing team.

Role Overview: The Senior Sales Executive will be pivotal in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business within the UK health market. This role requires a high level of expertise in sales, outstanding presentation skills and the ability to manage simple and complex sales cycles. Previous exposure to the UK NHS will be of interest but not paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including healthcare providers, administrators, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and product demonstrations to address client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular updates on sales progress, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in a senior sales role, ideally within SaaS or SaaS products
  • Preferable but not essential, strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and pain points.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and close both small and large deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
