Job description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Wingmen Experts, you will be a key player in driving our sales efforts and connecting with potential customers.

Tasks

As a Senior SDR, your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: You lead and develop and implement strategies to attract potential buyers and solicit new customers through cold-calling, cold outreach, and responding to advertisement inquiries.
  2. Qualifying Leads: Utilize the BANT Framework to assess and prepare leads for the sales manager.
  3. Customer Engagement: Create and maintain relationships with customers to identify their needs, qualify their interests, and drive sales.
  4. Product Presentation: Present product information tailored to customer needs.
  5. Pipeline Management: Move leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them with salespersons and arranging follow-ups.
  6. Follow-up & Communication: Perform regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new needs.
  7. Web Demos: Conduct web demos to showcase our services to potential customers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. Educational Background: High school diploma in business, training in sales techniques, marketing, and communication. An economics degree is advantageous.
  2. Experience: At minimum 3 years of professional experience in new customer acquisition and lead generation, knowledge of complicated and long sales cycles, and procedures of complicated service sales.
  3. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Good time management and analytical skills. Proficiency in CRM care and objection handling. Industry knowledge in metal, automotive, service industries, or consulting.
  4. Language: Proficiency in English (C1 level). German (C2 level) is a plus. You are based in South of Africa or on the Philippines.
  5. Soft Skills: Empathic communication, negotiation, persuasion, presentation ability, and reliability.
