Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to join their team.
This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through outbound and inbound lead generation, lead management, and closing high-value deals.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales and a passion for building lasting client relationships. This is a full-time, on-premises role based at our offices in Sandton, Johannesburg, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Management: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound efforts (cold calls, emails, networking, etc.). Qualify and nurture inbound leads from marketing efforts.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals. Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking activities and opportunities through CRM tools.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Deal Closing: Present, negotiate, and close deals effectively, ensuring a seamless transition to the delivery team.
Reporting & Collaboration: Provide regular sales performance updates to the leadership team.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B sales in custom software development.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of outbound and inbound sales processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
