Our client in Pretoria East is looking to hire a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead their sales team, drive sales, and build strong client relationships. If you have experience in the insurance industry, please apply!

Your responsibilities will include leading and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, fostering client relationships, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with other departments. You will also mentor and coach the sales team, monitor performance, and contribute to sales policies and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals, identify market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
