Job description

As a Senior Sales Associate, your primary role is to drive sales growth and profitability within your assigned region.

You will be responsible for executing sales strategies and building and maintaining relationships with key customers.

Your focus will be on maximizing revenue, expanding customer footprint, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to identify market trends, assess competitive threats, and execute plans to capitalize on opportunities.

Duties and Key Areas of Responsibility
  1. Implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
  3. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  4. Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends within the region.
  5. Demonstrate commercial competence and increase customer utilization of both existing and new corridors.
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree in Business Management / Project Management / Sales or relevant field.
  • Additional courses in relevant field will be advantageous.
  • Valid Driver's License and Passport.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in external sales.
