Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate (matric/Grade 12)
  • Diploma or degree in marketing, sales, hospitality, tourism, brand management, or oenology (preferred)
  • 3–5 years’ sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in wine, tourism, or premium brands
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent Afrikaans and English communication
  • Proficient in MS Office, sales systems, and CRM software
  • Valid driver’s licence and own transport
  • Professional appearance and etiquette
  • High integrity and confidentiality
  • Customer-focused with strong negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Passion for wine, farm life, and sustainable lifestyle products
  • Adaptable in a dynamic environment
  • Available for national travel

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive direct and indirect sales of wine and deli products
  • Welcome and serve customers professionally and knowledgeably
  • Arrange wine tastings, private tours, and special experiences
  • Build and maintain long-term customer, corporate, and distributor relationships
  • Represent the brand at events, festivals, and trade shows
  • Collect market intelligence and provide feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver integrated customer experiences
  • Manage sales administration, reports, and customer databases
  • Grow the Johannesburg market through sales, events, and marketing initiatives
