Position: Senior Safety Officer - SHEQ Management & Security

• Qualifications: SAMTRAC certification
• Experience: Minimum 5 years, preferably in FMCG or Manufacturing sectors
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Intermediate Level), Internal Auditor certification preferred
• Knowledge: Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct internal audits and inspections
2. Perform HIRA and implement control measures
3. Develop and implement SOPs and WIs
4. Conduct incident investigations
5. Manage IOD & COD claims
6. Organize SHEQ training sessions both on-site and off-site
7. Handle SHER communication
8. Chair the Health & Safety Committee
9. Implement risk management strategies
10. Oversee environmental management
11. Maintain a clean criminal record (verification required)
