As they continue to grow, they are now seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional to drive new business and build long-term client relationships.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior SaaS Sales professional with 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales. The ideal candidate is strategic, skilled in consultative selling, and able to manage complex sales cycles. This role involves identifying and closing new business opportunities, expanding client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet revenue goals.
  2. Identify and engage potential clients via networking, outreach, and inquiries.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  4. Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and presentations.
  5. Negotiate contracts and close deals with mid-to-enterprise clients.
  6. Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  8. Use CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage the sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years in SaaS sales, preferably B2B mid-market or enterprise.
  2. Proven track record in exceeding sales quotas.
  3. Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
  4. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  5. Experience with long sales cycles and complex deals.
  6. Self-motivated, well-organised, and effective in fast-paced environments.
  7. Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
