Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Geography, Operations Research, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in route planning, dispatch, or logistics operations.
• Proven expertise with route optimization software (RouteXL, OptimoRoute, Circuit).
• Strong understanding of geographical data and mapping tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills for remote work.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities for remote teams.
• Familiarity with Gauteng region infrastructure and traffic dynamics.
