Our client, a prominent industrial processing company, is seeking an accomplished Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer to join their esteemed technical department in Klerksdorp . This senior-level position is crucial for overseeing the design, specification, installation, operation, and maintenance of all rotating equipment, ensuring peak performance and reliability. You will be the subject matter expert for turbines, pumps, compressors, and other critical rotating machinery, driving initiatives to enhance efficiency and minimize operational risks. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience focused on rotating equipment in an industrial setting (e.g., petrochemical, power generation, heavy manufacturing).
• In-depth knowledge of various types of rotating machinery (pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, motors) and their applications.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing maintenance and reliability programs for critical rotating assets.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards such as API, ASME, and ISO.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and data.
• Experience working on-site in an industrial facility in Klerksdorp .
• Professional Engineering (PE) certification is a plus.
