Job summary

Profile Personnel is seeking a seasoned Robotics & Automation Senior Engineer to lead maintenance and optimization of robotic paint application systems in a high-precision manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot, tune, and enhance automation processes to ensure reliable production performance and high-quality finishes.

You will manage projects, guide technical teams, oversee upgrades and spare parts planning, and contribute to business cases for future investments.

Qualifications

8 to 10 years of experience in robotics and automation within a manufacturing setting.
Strong project management and troubleshooting skills.
Proven expertise in robotic systems, especially in automotive or manufacturing sectors.
Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize robotic paint application systems for reliable production performance.
Ensure robotic systems produce optimal paint quality through diligent troubleshooting and fine-tuning.
Resolve complex robotic, automation, and vision-related issues efficiently.
Support the deployment of new technologies and automation initiatives.
Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance and engineering teams.
Manage system upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement projects.
Oversee spare parts planning and lifecycle management of equipment.
Develop technical specifications and business cases to support future investments.
Assist production and maintenance teams during breakdowns, including standby duties.
