Job summary

Profile Personnel is seeking a seasoned Robotics & Automation Senior Engineer to lead maintenance and optimization of robotic paint application systems in a high-precision manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot, tune, and enhance automation processes to ensure reliable production performance and high-quality finishes.

You will manage projects, guide technical teams, oversee upgrades and spare parts planning, and contribute to business cases for future investments.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in robotics and automation within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong project management and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven expertise in robotic systems, especially in automotive or manufacturing sectors.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
