You will identify potential risks, develop comprehensive risk management strategies, and implement robust controls to safeguard assets and ensure business continuity.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to foster a proactive risk-aware culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive excellence in financial risk management within Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Admin, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in risk management, preferably in insurance/financial services.
• CRM/FRM/PRM certifications are desirable; strong regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify threats.
• Develop and implement risk management policies and frameworks.
• Design and oversee risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Monitor and report on risk profile to senior management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in risk management.
