Job summary

Clickatell seeks a Senior Manager: Revenue Operations to translate commercial priorities into coordinated go-to-market plans and measurable execution. You will lead governance across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product-Led Growth, with a focus on the revenue engine and forecasting.

You will drive capacity, territory planning, funnel governance and cross-functional handoffs, providing executive visibility into GTM performance and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue operations leadership within SaaS/tech.
• Strong understanding of GTM strategy, funnel governance and CRM.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, CS and Product.

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial priorities into go-to-market plans and operating rhythms.
• Lead alignment, governance and execution across GTM teams in Marketing, Sales, CS and Product-Led Growth.
• Oversee funnel performance, forecasting, reporting and performance measurement.
