Job description

My client has asked me to find a Superstar Head Restaurant Manager to join their successful team.

We are looking for a standout candidate who is well spoken, well presented, and has a proven track record of 7 years or more in large fine dining and high-end restaurants with demanding guests.

You need to be able to think on your feet to relieve pressure between reservations, on the floor, and at the pass to ensure seamless service. Your duties (not limited to) include:

  1. Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
  2. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  3. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  4. Organize and supervise shifts
  5. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  6. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  7. Manage the restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it
  8. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  9. Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
