Job Description

Senior Manager position available with a restaurant at a well-known restaurant / clubhouse in the Fourways area. Looking for an all-round management candidate with 10 or more years’ senior experience in a full-service restaurant environment. Must be well-spoken, fluent in English with exceptional communication skills. Duties will include detailed stock management, customer relations, restaurant administration, food and liquor costing, stock reporting, service quality control, opening & closing procedures.

Applicants must be skilled in staff management, staff motivation, and staff training. Must have very strong restaurant operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete restaurant, bar, and events operation. Applicants must be hardworking with a long working history at previous employers, with all references contactable. Looking for a hands-on, fast thinker with strong organizing and time management skills. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic, seeking long-term commitment. Experience with managing functions and events is required.

Salary: R 22,000 – 24,000 net per month. Hours include evenings and weekends. Only serious managers need to apply. Quote Reference RA37 when applying.
